You are welcome to book appointments with multiple clinicians to find the perfect fit for your needs!

Steps to book an appointment: Firstly, you’ll need to ensure that you’re logged into your patient profile for the clinic. Once you’ve logged into your Jane account, you can click on the Book Appointment button either in the top right corner or on the bottom left, just below the options in the left sidebar menu. Next, click on your therapist to book your next session. Therapists sometimes have additional availability than what is visible on Jane. Please email your therapist or our clinic if you cannot find a time that works for you. Once you find a date and time that work best for you, select the appointment slot. A pop-up will appear, asking if you’d like to book more than one appointment at the same time, or continue on with the single booking. If you selected the wrong time by mistake, you can also click on the Whoops, don’t do that! button to undo the reservation.

Please note: All appointment times are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Thank you, and we look forward to supporting you!

I am a social worker with ten years of clinical social work experience in an acute care hospital plus nine years in a human service organization. I approach work with every individual from a holistic, person-centered, strength-based perspective. My interests and experience are the areas of living with chronic health conditions and dealing with acute illness, lifestyle modification and behaviour changes, enhancing coping capacity in the face of adversity and navigating lifestyle transitions, role changes, building resilience and cultivating self-care practices.

I specialize in working with ADHD and trauma, whether it is late-diagnosed or late-identified, I am passionate about working with the neurodivergent community. Being a neurodivergent and queer therapist, I understand how the world around us can be limiting and judgmental and is not built to our strengths. I hope to work with my clients to help them build self-compassion and I use a strength-based approach to create collaborative coping strategies for my clients.

With trauma and abuse, there are many layers to how it impacts us. Our relationships with ourselves and others are changed, and it can feel isolating at times. Narcissistic abuse is often described as distressing and highly confusing. I strive to create an environment where you are validated and seen. In treatment with me, your trauma will always be taken seriously. Our sense of identity is shifted through all forms of abuse, but therapy is a space to be heard and have your experience validated. I use a trauma-informed framework that incorporates Emotion-Focused Therapy with a poly-vagal lens. Polyvagal theory helps us understand our reaction to trauma or abuse as a way to find safety.

Through understanding what we need to feel safe, and how we can provide that for ourselves or communicate those needs to others, we can begin healing.
